Because our body butters are natural (no synthetic ingredient or synthetic waxes are added), they may soften/melt in transit to you, especially in warmer months.
This will not affect the quality of the product. Please recognize we have no control over shipment/weather conditions.
Body Butters are sensitive to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and are best stored in a cool, dry place. If your product melts, please place it in the fridge for about an hour and gently stir to restore it back to its original form.
However, the whipped butters fluffy consistency will be changed, but the butter will retain its moisturizing properties.
Also, because these butters are natural/organic, there might be differences in consistency, color, and smell.
Each item is handcrafted in small batches with love and has a shelf life of 1 year. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen products once delivered.
